MAN'S PLACE

If Adam truly loved God he would have obeyed.
If Adam loved Eve he would have stopped her.
We too must try to prevent our wives from sin.
Love requires us to do what is best for them.
Any less is selfish.  Love for others, must rule

Difficult to do what Adam did not?
He did not have the power of Jesus and the Holy Spirit.
Jesus and the Holy Spirit are here for husband and wife.
Jesus was sent to restore God's creation, not destroy!

1 Peter 3:7;    Likewise, you husbands, live with them according to knowledge, giving honor to the wife, as to the weaker vessel,  and as being heirs together of the grace of life. so that your prayers will be not hindered.

Genesis 2:18    God said, "It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him."
Man's place is back to where Adam failed. We can and must correct Adam's mistake in our own lives, to save our loved ones. "that man should not be alone"  Married men;  God is asking us to do what Adam did not.
Adam did not have Jesus and the Holy Spirit to help him.

100's of places in the Bible, talking about the relationship between God and man and woman.

Genesis 3:16  To the woman he said, "I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you will bring forth children. Your desire will be for your husband, and he will rule over you."
Ephesians 5:25  Husbands, love your wives, as Christ loved the church He gave himself up for her,
1 Timothy 5:8  But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.
Ephesians 5:23  The husband is head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is its Savior
Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord.
Ephesians 6:1   Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.
Proverbs 31:12 She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life.
Colossians 3:18-19 Wives, submit to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh with them.
1 Thessalonians 2:11-12 Like a father to his children, we exhort each one of you and encourage you and charged you to walk in a manner worthy of God, who calls you to His own kingdom and glory.
1 Timothy 3:4 He must manage his household well, with dignity keeping his children submissive.
Ephesians 5:28 Husbands should love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself.
Colossians 3:19 Husbands, love your wives, and do not be harsh with them.
Ephesians 5:21 Submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.
Ephesians 5:1-33 Be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant
offering and sacrifice to God. But sexual immorality and all impurity or covetousness must not even be named among you, as is proper among saints. Let there be no filthiness nor foolish talk nor crude joking, but instead let there be thanksgiving. For you may be sure of this, that everyone who is sexually immoral or impure, or who is covetous (an idolater), has no inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.
Proverbs 31:1-31 The words of King Lemuel. An oracle that his mother taught him: What are you doing, my son? What are you doing, son of my womb? What are you doing, son of my vows? Do not give your strength to women, or your ways to those who destroy kings. It is not for kings to drink wine, or for rulers to take strong drink, unless they drink and forget what has been written and pervert the rights of all.
Ephesians 5:33 Each one of you love his wife as himself, and the wife respect her husband.
Ephesians 5:22-24 Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
Acts 16:31  "Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and also your household."
1 Timothy 2:11-15 Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. Do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man, she is to remain quiet. Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor. Yet she will be saved through childbearing--if they continue in faith and love and holiness, with self-control.
Titus 2:5   To be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God not be reviled.

You cannot believe the miracles God will do in your life and your wife's, when you simply obey God. He has done that in my life and for my wife again and again. On the cross, as he was dying, Jesus asked God to furnish the Holy Spirit, so any man can know what God wants you to do. It is between you and God. When you fail, simply go back to Jesus, be forgiven, and start over.

Isaiah 3:12  My people! Their oppressors are children, And women rule over them.
My people! Those who guide you lead you astray And confuse the direction of your paths.

Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present
her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or any blemish, but holy and blameless.

A life without giving love is a life without receiving love
